Our items ship from Missouri City Texas. Universal adjustable straps will ship in two business days, once they are available. Standard custom sizes will ship on the same schedule when available. Some items may take longer to make and therefore may take longer to ship.

Ground — $5 flat rate
2nd Day — $21 flat rate
Overnight – $34 flat rate

Please be patient with special orders. We are trying our best. Due to availability, we recommend only ground shipping for the time being.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Your FretSling strap comes with a 5 year warranty on Natural Leather products. We Warranty against workmanship and materials for normal wear. Ship us your old product and we will repair or replace at our discretion.
