If any of our products is defective or fails due to such defects, we will replace it . Send us an email about your defective product and we will send you return instructions. All of our guitar straps are guaranteed for five years against any defects in materials or workmanship. No original receipt is necessary as we have all of that information. We would rather you have a good working guitar strap and no complaints.
